All Bedrock Elite instruments are designed and tested against the current editions of applicable IEC and ISO standards. Key standards referenced in our documentation include: IEC 61672-1 (sound level meters), IEC 60268-16 (Speech Transmission Index), IEC 60942 (acoustic calibrators), ISO 3382 (reverberation time), ISO 16283 (building acoustics), ISO 9612 (occupational noise), and ISO 1996 (environmental noise).
File Formats and Software Compatibility
Datasheets are provided in PDF format, compatible with all standard PDF readers. User manuals are available in English and Dutch (NL) for the i10 and i9; English for all other products. Bedrock Studio PC software requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit); macOS is not currently supported, though data export to Excel and CSV formats allows analysis on any platform. Excel reporting templates are compatible with Microsoft Excel 2016 or later. For firmware update files and release notes, contact our technical support team who will provide the appropriate file for your instrument's serial number and current firmware version. All downloads are provided free of charge and without registration for customers and evaluators.
